Office of Human Resources and Foreign Affairs is the administration of human resources and foreign affairs, whose responsibilities are:

To assist the Dean of College in the administration of human resources.

Human resource job

1. To be in charge of the management of senior talents in the college, introducing high-end talents such as professors, associate professors, etc.; to organize faculty and staff to apply for national, municipal and school-level talent projects, such as Nankai University Chair Professors and Nankai Lecture Professors, etc;

2. To be in charge of the promotion of various professional technical titles of the college and the evaluation of professional titles of foreign schools;

3. To be in charge of the issuance of commemorative certificates for those who have been engaged in education for 30 years and the application for teacher qualification certificates;

4. To be in charge of the annual performance appraisal of all the faculty and staff of the college;

5. To be in charge of the appointment of all faculty and staff positions in the college;

6. To be in charge of the reporting and management of cadres at the college level;

7. To be in charge of checking the human resource management system of Nankai University, implementing the annual recruitment work (collecting resumes in the early stage, contacting applicants, determining the initial examination, political review, public announcement, and reporting), the renewal of faculty and staff and the dismissal of related faculty and staff;

8. To be in charge of logging on to the National Education System website of the Ministry of Education, organizing the collection and review of all faculty and staff information of the college;

9. To be in charge of the postdoctoral management of the college, logging into the Chinese postdoctoral online office system, and doing a good job of postdoctoral plan reporting, organization declaration, entry, mid-term assessment, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation grant application, and exit;

10. To be in charge of the personal file filing of new leaders and new faculty members of the college;

11. Responsible for reminding faculty and staff of the annual medical insurance reimbursement work;

12. To be in charge of the submission of the annual overseas plan issued by the Personnel Department, the CSC publicly dispatches graduate students or special overseas projects, the faculty and staff are publicly dispatched by the state to send visiting scholars (including post-doctorate) to work abroad, the returned faculty and staff assessment work, and the implementation of salary performance recovery;

13. To be in charge of the management of the registration and filing of faculty and staff going abroad for private purposes, accepting faculty and staff going abroad forms for private use, borrowing and returning personal passports of faculty and staff for private use, permits for travel to and from Hong Kong and Macao, and permits for mainland residents to travel to and from Taiwan. Cancellation procedures;

14. To notify teachers to do a good job in teacher training, in accordance with the requirements of the Teacher Development Center of Nankai University;

15. To be in charge of the annual retirement of the faculty and staff of the whole hospital;

16. To be in charge of the management of temporary workers.
