On October 21st, the Foreign Language Testing Center of Nankai University successfully organized the 60th Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK). The relevant leaders of the Korean Ministry of Education, the Korean Embassy in China and the Testing Center of the Ministry of Education conducted a full inspection of the examination. This was the first time that it had greeted the Korean side since the establishment of the Nankai University test center.
The college attached great importance to this work. Zou Yujie, the secretary of the Party Committee of the college, and Jiao Yanting, the vice president of the college, participated in the examination training, splitting test papers, verification and inspection of the examination room. Yan Guodong, Dean of the college, met with the ROK guests and held talks with the education officials of the Embassy on Korean professional issues.
The Foreign Language Testing Center of Nankai University has strictly followed the requirements of the Testing Center of the Ministry of Education, and has completed all procedures including checking test papers and credentials, keeping the examination papers and the invigilation. The day of the test was orderly. The relevant leaders of the Korean Ministry of Education, the Korean Embassy in China and the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education gave high marks to our examination and organization work.
The Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) is jointly organized by the Korea National Institute of International Education and the Ministry of Education Testing Center. It is held twice in China in April and October each year.
The Foreign Language Testing Center of Nankai University has been rated as a national excellent test center by the Ministry of Education Testing Center for two consecutive years.
