A few days ago, Pan Le and Sun Yuming as MTI graduates, and Liu Ruiting as academic graduate, all of whom are from the College of Foreign Languages, successfully arrived at the University of Bristol, UK, and participated in a welcome meeting hosted by the International Exchange Office of the school on September 24th.
Dr Erik Lithander, Vice President of the University of Bristol, delivered a speech on behalf of the school. The International Exchange Office introduced the details of the International Student office to international students, and specially prepared Mid-Autumn moon cakes for Chinese students. Our students gave a brief introduction about Nankai University and China.
The College of Foreign Languages of Nankai University and the University of Bristol signed an agreement on the joint development of the Master of Chinese-English Translation (MACET) program in September 2017. According to the agreement, after completing the first year of study in CFL, the postgraduates can apply for the project according to its requirements. The students whose academic achievement meet the requirements of two universities for awarding a degree can get master's degrees from both universities at the same time.
